Cloud-Feel Warm Fleece Denim

Brushed finish; aerogel combined with polyester fiber filling—lightweight, warm, and highly insulating.

About Cloud‑Feel Warm‑Fleece Denim: Its manufacturing process employs a napped, seamless technique, combined with the unique properties of aerogel fibers, to deliver breathable, long-lasting warmth that locks in heat while maintaining a fluffy texture that resists pilling. The porous structure of aerogel enhances the fiber’s ability to insulate against heat transfer, ensuring superior warmth without adding bulk.

About Aerogel Fibers

Aerogel, also known as “blue smoke,” is the lightest solid in the world, with an air content exceeding 96%. Its density is only 2.75 times that of air, and its thermal conductivity can be as low as 0.013 W/(m·K).

Aerogel is combined with polyester fibers to create the ultra-light, highly insulating HuanYu™ fiber. It can be used as a filling material for quilted fabrics, offering lightweight warmth, or it can be directly spun into yarn to produce high-performance, lightweight apparel and protective gear.

Lightweight and warm

Phantom Feather™ aerogel fibers incorporate a high density of nano‑scale porous aerogel structures, significantly reducing fiber density. The aerogel’s porous architecture enhances the fiber’s ability to inhibit heat transfer, delivering superior warmth while maintaining exceptional lightness.

Soft and comfortable

Phantom Feather™ aerogel fiber boasts an ultra-lightweight texture and an exceptionally soft, delicate hand feel, making it an outstanding material for padding and apparel applications.

Technology TECHNOLOGY

Tempsense employs microencapsulated PCM technology to encapsulate phase-change materials, enabling bidirectional temperature regulation.

Principle PRINCIPLE

When body temperature rises, the phase-change material within the PCM liquefies, absorbing and storing the heat emitted by the human body to provide a cooling effect, making you feel noticeably cooler.

When body temperature drops, the phase-change material within the PCM solidifies, releasing heat that is then transferred back to the human body, producing a warming effect and helping to maintain warmth.
