Established in 1992, Foshan Shunde Seborn Textile Industry Co., Ltd. is a fully integrated denim fabric manufacturer covering weaving, dyeing, and finishing in-house. With fixed assets of RMB 320 million, our company employs over 500 professional textile technicians. Our production facility houses 200 imported Belgian Picanol looms plus a full suite of advanced imported equipment, supporting spinning, dyeing, sanforizing, desizing, mercerizing, and liquid-ammonia finishing processes. Our mature integrated production system guarantees stable output and consistent high-end denim quality. We focus on R&D and production of diversified mid- to high-end denim series: 100% cotton, cotton-stretch, blended, yarn-dyed, and imitation-knit denim fabrics.

We hold ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification. A complete, standardised quality control workflow has been implemented to fully meet quality system requirements. Our quality assurance system covers incoming quality control (IQC), in process quality control (IPQC), outgoing quality control (OQC) and customer quality service (CQS).
Social Welfare
As a caring and socially responsible enterprise, Seborn Textile actively undertakes corporate social obligations and pursues charitable initiatives to give back to communities.
Since 2016, we have rolled out multiple public welfare programmes across Yunnan and Gansu provinces, with further outreach planned for the Liangshan region of Sichuan. Our charitable work through the Seborn Foundation remains an ongoing commitment.
In May 2016, Seborn Textile partnered with the charity Step Forward for Love on a five day field mission. Our team travelled across mountainous terrain to visit two local schools and five severely underprivileged households in remote areas of Yunnan. We donated supplies including clothing, books and recreational items totalling over RMB 70,000. This initiative benefited 440 primary school students and provided financial support for five vulnerable families.
In May 2017, Seborn joined forces once again with Step Forward for Love for an environmental protection public welfare campaign. During an eight day “Turn Desert into Oasis” project, our team travelled to the desert threatened Minqin region, where we planted and sponsored more than 20,000 saxaul trees for sand fixation and ecological restoration.
Providing material and financial aid for disadvantaged communities and advancing environmental sustainability represent core values we uphold as an enterprise. Aligned with this mission, Seborn invests in eco conscious production lines to develop sustainable, environmentally friendly denim fabrics.
We also plan to launch a new charitable project in the Liangshan Mountains in June. This outreach targets elderly residents and children within remote, underserved communities facing harsh living conditions. Our Seborn United for Love charity initiative will dispatch specialist medical teams to deliver free on site medical consultations. Permanent medical stations will be set up within villages, equipped with essential medicines and medical supplies. We will also run health education sessions for local residents and village officials, alongside material and financial assistance for vulnerable households with family members living with disabilities.
