Good News | Congratulations to SEBORN Textile on winning an award at the 2022 “New Long March Cup” National Green Denim Creative Design Competition.
On August 28, the finals of the 2022 “New Long March Cup” National Green Denim Creative Design Competition were held at the FDC Fashion Industry Complex in Yudu County, Jiangxi Province.
The theme of this competition is “Water Nurtures All Things, Indigo Blue Future,” aiming to showcase the eco‑sustainable vision of the future denim industry through the deep integration of technology, culture, art, and fashion, while highlighting denim masters’ creative inspiration and environmentally friendly, clean processing techniques. Reportedly, the final round will feature a runway show, with judges awarding on‑site scores based on each entry’s fashionability, design concept, and eco‑friendly manufacturing processes. The final score will be calculated by combining the preliminary round scores, online voting points, and the on‑stage runway performance scores.
After fierce competition, the final results were as follows: three First Prizes, five Second Prizes, ten Third Prizes, twelve Excellence Awards, and twenty “Rising Stars” Awards. Among them, Foshan Shunde SEBORN Textile Industry Co., Ltd. has been awarded third prize—congratulations!
According to reports, the “New Long March Cup” National Green Denim Creative Design Competition was jointly launched in 2021 by Wuhan Textile University, the People’s Government of Yudu County in Jiangxi Province, and the Key Laboratory for Advanced Manufacturing of Denim Apparel in China’s textile industry. The inaugural event was held in Yudu last December, and this year marks the second edition. The successful organization of this competition not only showcases fashionable and aesthetically appealing design concepts but also highlights environmentally friendly manufacturing technologies, thereby advancing the green development of the denim industry.
