SEBORN’s New Changes at Shanghai Fashion Week
Shanghai Fashion Week’s LABELHOOD “Chinese Menswear Day” concluded successfully. SEBORN Textile’s cross‑brand collaboration with the renowned menswear label PRONOUNCE and one of America’s largest apparel companies, GAP, has drawn significant attention from fashion enthusiasts both at home and abroad.
SEBORN Charity – Turning Deserts into Oases
Today, land desertification remains a major environmental issue in China. In Gansu Province, there is an area whose severe environmental challenges have drawn the attention of SEBORN. Minqin County, surrounded on three sides by the Badain Jaran and Tengger deserts, has managed to prevent these two vast deserts from merging—yet this oasis hangs precariously under the threat of desertification. As a socially responsible and committed enterprise, SEBORN Textile has proactively shouldered its social responsibilities, traveling deep into Minqin, Gansu, to help save the last remaining oasis in the desert. During this charitable initiative to turn desert into greenery, SEBORN Textile planted and sponsored more than 20,000 saxaul trees. Stone Yufan, a contestant from Wang Feng’s team on “The Voice of China,” was invited to participate in this event.

SEBORNwich Albion has joined forces for a charitable initiative to turn deserts into oases, aiming not only to help the people of Minqin in the desert but also to shine a spotlight on those who struggle to make ends meet in this harsh environment. Located right next to the Alashan Desert, Minqin in Gansu Province faces extremely challenging natural conditions and difficult living circumstances, making it even harder for crops to thrive. With such an arduous survival environment, unexpected disasters can quickly push already impoverished families to the brink. In Jiahe Township, Minqin County, Uncle Zeng’s wife was left paralyzed in an accident and is completely unable to care for herself. As her husband, Uncle Zeng has tirelessly tended to his paralyzed wife and young daughter, never abandoning them. Yet with meager harvests, plummeting agricultural prices, and income failing to cover expenses, Uncle Zeng’s wife’s injuries have only compounded their hardships.

Children’s Day on June 1st is a cherished childhood anticipation, yet for some children, it remains an unfulfilled dream. Poverty forces them, even at a young age, to shoulder the burdens of life, leaving them with no chance to enjoy a carefree childhood. In Minqin, Gansu Province, where the ecological environment is harsh, Zi Han, who was born in Jiahe Township, is 14 years old this year. His father has passed away, and his mother, unable to bear the poverty, left home, abandoning her elderly grandparents and three young children. With advancing age, the grandparents’ health has steadily deteriorated, making it increasingly difficult to support their three grandchildren. Life is hard; the children have been forced to face life’s hardships far too soon. They spend their free time doing housework and farm chores, their once‑happy childhoods now filled with labor. “Grandpa says…”
